Elmira Abdrazakova is the winner of Miss Russia 2013 and will represent the country in both 2013 Miss World and Miss Universe pageants
Elmira Abdrazakova from Mezhdurechensk was crowned Miss Russia 2013 at the Concert Hall of the Barvikha Luxury Village in Moscow on March 2, 2013. Elmira is 18 years old and stands 1.75 m. She will represent Russia in the upcoming Miss World 2013 beauty pageant, scheduled to take place in Jakarta, Indonesia on September 28 and in Miss Universe 2013 pageant. Wenxia Yu, Miss World 2012, and Olivia Culpo, Miss Universe 2012 were present at the annual event.

Together with the tittle of Miss Russia 2013, Elmira Abdrazakova receives 1 million USD and a car and the most valuable crown worth over a million dollars made from white Gold, Diamonds and Pearls.
The first runner-up was Anastasia Yazykova from Yaroslavl. The second runner-up was Irina Tumanova from the Republic of Kalmykia.

The Miss Russia pageant has been running since 1992, however there was no Miss Russia 1994, 2000 or 2008. Since 2007, the winner of Miss Russia represents her country in both Miss Universe and Miss World. However, if she’s unable to participate, a runner-up is sent instead. Russia has won three major international titles: Miss World 1992, Miss Universe 2002, who was later dethroned, and Miss World 2008.
Almost 30,000 beauties from all over 83 regions of Russia attended preliminary auditions. Only 50 beauty contestants were selected for the Miss Russia 2013 finale which was televised on on the NTV channel on 8th March, 2013.
